Why short and on site
Identity problems are rarely solved in a weekly video call. A few focused days in the room with the people who do the work bring more than months at a distance. I prepare remotely, work on site with full attention, and stay available afterwards.

Before: remote preparation
I read in, speak to the key people and agree with you on the question to answer.

On site: short and intensive
Interviews, working sessions and decisions, with your team in the room.

After: your team carries on
You have the picture, the priorities and the plan. I stay available remotely for follow-up.
