This website uses no cookies and no tracking

meyerit.nl does not place cookies and does not use analytics, statistics or advertising software. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no visitor profiling. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to allow or refuse.

When we process personal data

When you contact us

The contact form on this site does not store anything. On submission it opens your own e-mail program with a pre-filled message; you send the e-mail yourself. The data therefore arrive directly in our mailbox, just as with an ordinary e-mail.

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or LinkedIn, we process the data you provide yourself: name, contact details and the content of your message. Purpose: answering your question and, where applicable, preparing an engagement. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one, or our legitimate interest in business communication.

When you complete the Cyber Quick Scan

The Quick Scan runs at ScoreApp, at its own address outside this website. Your answers and contact details are processed there so that we can prepare the advisory report and send it to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by completing the form.

When you schedule a call

We use Calendly for scheduling appointments. You leave this website to do so. Calendly processes the data you enter when booking. No Calendly widget is embedded in these pages; nothing is exchanged with Calendly until you click through yourself.

Third parties that may receive data

We do not sell data and do not share them for commercial purposes. The following parties are involved when you use this website:

  • Railway — hosting of this website. Processes technical server logs, including IP addresses, for security and availability.
  • Google Fonts — the fonts are loaded from Google servers. In the process, your IP address is passed on to Google.
  • ScoreApp — only when you complete the Quick Scan.
  • Calendly — only when you book an appointment yourself.

Links to LinkedIn and aegisprotect.nl are ordinary references. Nothing is loaded or exchanged as long as you do not click on them.

Retention periods

We retain correspondence for up to two years after the last contact, unless an engagement results from it. We retain administrative and invoicing data for seven years, in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation. We retain data from the Quick Scan for as long as necessary to prepare and follow up on the report, and thereafter for a maximum of two years.

Security

The website is accessible exclusively via HTTPS. Access to e-mail and administration is secured with strong authentication. Data are not shared any further than described above.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing. If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You can send a request to info@meyerit.nl. We respond within four weeks.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If the set-up of this website changes, we will amend this statement. The date at the top indicates when that was last done.
